====== Getting Supplies and Equipment to Ukraine ======

No matter how you want to get equipment to Ukraine, you'll need an appropriate contact in Ukraine to receive the equipment and get it to its final destination. We cannot offer advice on that.

Once you have a contact, these are the best ways to get equipment into Ukraine:

  - Buy domestically in Ukraine if possible. This is only possible for some equipment. If you can buy from a Ukrainian producer/supplier though, then you don't have to worry about getting things into the country. Just arrange to have your in-country contact pick it up, or ship it to them.
  - Find someone to drive the equipment into the country. This is fastest and most reliable way to get things from outside the country into the country. If the driver is bringing lots of things at once, or is driving in anyway for another reason, it can also be significantly cheaper.
    - It's common to ship things to Warsaw, Vienna, or even London, and have someone drive it into Ukraine from there.
  - If the other options are not available, send by post or parcel service. There may be delays of three months or more going through customs, so this is a poor choice for anything time sensitive.
